代肺動脈導管與 AI 血液動力學監測:心臟麻醉的應用與未來展望

Applications and Future Directions in Cardiac Anesthesia

This session examines the evolution of pulmonary artery catheters integrated with AI-based analytics. It highlights their role in complex cardiac surgeries and future applications in precision hemodynamic management. This session will highlight the clinical significance of enhanced diagnostic accuracy and real-time decision-making of right heart deterioration and failure and further facilitates individualized care and improves outcomes in high-risk cardiac patients.

腦氧監測與ctHb 監測:提升心胸麻醉中的腦部保護策略

Cerebral Oximetry and ctHb Monitoring: Enhancing Neuroprotection in Cardiac and Thoracic Anesthesia

This session explores the integration of cerebral oximetry and hemoglobin (ctHb) monitoring in cardiac and thoracic surgeries, emphasizing their role in real-time assessment of cerebral perfusion and oxygenation. These technologies allow anesthesiologists to intervene early to prevent neurological injury. This session will highlight the clinical significance of improved brain protection and the usefulness of these tools in reducing postoperative cognitive dysfunction and enhancing patient safety.

非侵入性血液動力學監測:精準心胸照護中麻醉醫師角色的擴展

Non-Invasive Hemodynamic Monitoring: Expanding the Anesthesiologist’s Role in Precision Cardiac Care

This session introduces non-invasive hemodynamic monitoring technologies such as volume-clamp and optical sensors, which provide continuous, real-time circulatory data without the risks of invasive lines. This session will highlight the clinical significance of safer monitoring in both high- and low-risk patients and the usefulness of these tools in supporting anesthesiologists’ expanding role in precision medicine and perioperative decision-making.

微侵入性血液動力學監測與HPI:術中低血壓的前瞻性管理

Minimally Invasive Hemodynamic Monitoring and HPI: Proactive Management of Intraoperative Hypotension

This session focuses on the predictive analytics of hemodynamic monitoring and minimally invasive monitoring systems that use AI to predict and prevent intraoperative hypotension. This session will highlight the clinical significance of reducing organ hypoperfusion and related complications and the usefulness of predictive analytics in enabling anesthesiologists to maintain hemodynamic stability through timely, data-driven interventions.

Workshops

Real-Time Cerebral Oximetry and ctHb Monitoring in Cardiopulmonary Bypass

This hands-on workshop provides practical training in the use of regional cerebral oximetry and ctHb monitoring during cardiopulmonary bypass. This session will highlight the clinical significance of neuroprotection during bypass and the usefulness of real-time data in optimizing cerebral oxygen delivery and perfusion.

Hands-On with Volume-Clamp and AI-Enhanced HPI Monitoring in Low-Risk Settings

Participants will explore volume-clamp technology and AI-powered HPI monitoring in low-risk cardiac surgeries.

This workshop introduces participants to volume-clamp technology and AI-powered HPI monitoring in low-risk cardiac surgeries. This session will highlight the clinical significance of early detection of hemodynamic instability and the usefulness of these tools in applying precision monitoring even in minimally invasive procedures.

Minimally Invasive Hemodynamic Monitoring and Hypotension Prediction Index (HPI) in Cardiac Surgery

This workshop offers hands-on experience with HPI and minimally invasive monitoring tools tailored for cardiac surgery. This session will highlight the clinical significance of reducing intraoperative hypotension and its complications and the usefulness of predictive, personalized anesthesia care in complex surgical environments.
