Abstract

Treatment for COPD has been focused for a long period; however, endobronchial management has been developed recently from emphysema to chronic bronchitis. And endobronchial lung volume reduction (ELVR) has been included into GOLD guideline. This time, we will introduce current endobronchial management for COPD, including those have been proved by FDA and those still under clinical trial but have been mentioned in GOLD 2024. Finally, we will share the experience of BTVA performing at NTUH, HsinChu branch.
